Refund Eligibility
AccountLover values transaction integrity. You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery: The seller fails to deliver the digital details within the designated delivery timeframe.
- Incorrect Listing Details: The delivered account has different stats, region locks, or features than described, and you report it during the verification window.
- Invalid Credentials: The passwords or usernames delivered do not work, and the seller cannot resolve it within the dispute timeframe.
Ineligible Situations
Refunds are NOT available in these circumstances:
- You confirmed the order delivery and marked the trade as successfully completed.
- You changed your mind after purchasing a correctly described account.
- You conducted trade conversations or made payments outside AccountLover’s secure escrow system.
How to Claim a Refund
If your order meets the eligibility criteria:
- Go to your dashboard, open the order page, and click the Open Dispute button.
- Explain the issue in detail and attach clear proof screenshots.
- Our team will investigate and issue a refund to your account balance or original payment gateway within 3-5 business days once approved.
