Refund Policy

Read about transaction cancellations, refund eligibility criteria, and resolution times.

Refund Eligibility

AccountLover values transaction integrity. You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery: The seller fails to deliver the digital details within the designated delivery timeframe.
  • Incorrect Listing Details: The delivered account has different stats, region locks, or features than described, and you report it during the verification window.
  • Invalid Credentials: The passwords or usernames delivered do not work, and the seller cannot resolve it within the dispute timeframe.

Ineligible Situations

Refunds are NOT available in these circumstances:

  • You confirmed the order delivery and marked the trade as successfully completed.
  • You changed your mind after purchasing a correctly described account.
  • You conducted trade conversations or made payments outside AccountLover’s secure escrow system.

How to Claim a Refund

If your order meets the eligibility criteria:

  • Go to your dashboard, open the order page, and click the Open Dispute button.
  • Explain the issue in detail and attach clear proof screenshots.
  • Our team will investigate and issue a refund to your account balance or original payment gateway within 3-5 business days once approved.
