1. Returns

1.2. To initiate a return, please contact Customer support@accountlover.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns made without an RMA number may not be accepted.
1.3. Returned products must be unused, in their original file, and in the same condition as when they were received. Any product that is damaged, altered, or disabled for misuse login may not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
2. Refunds
2.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable tax charges and restocking fees, within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

5.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by the Company. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returned products.
