Refund Policy

When you can Refund

  • Product credentials are incorrect.
  • Item is significantly not as described.
  • Out of stock after payment.
  • Order not delivered within 24 hours.

No Refund if...

  • You simply changed your mind.
  • Account banned due to your actions.
  • You provided wrong email/info.
  • Product already used or redeemed.

1. Refund Eligibility

Accountlover provides a platform for digital goods. Due to the nature of these products, refunds are only issued under specific conditions. Once a digital account or gift card has been accessed, the sale is generally considered final unless the product itself is faulty.

All products are digital accounts. Therefore, returns are limited.

Refunds may be issued if: Account is not delivered, Account is invalid or incorrect, or Seller violates listing terms.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be given for: Change of mind, Buyer misuse, or Delayed usage complaints.

5. Dispute Requirement

Buyer must open dispute within allowed time and Evidence must be provided.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via: Website wallet or Original payment method (if applicable).

7. Final Decision

All refund decisions made by Account Lover are final.
